Workout for those Lazy Girls like Me!

Are you one of those girls who hate to exercise and yet wants to look good. Try out these simple exercises and be careful with your diet. I swear it is going to do wonders on you.

 

Sitting long hours in front of the computer can lead to severe back problems.  There are certain changes that you can do in your life. Eat a teaspoon of ghee every day. Don’t mix fruits with grains. Eat fruits first because it gets digested faster.

 

There are a few asana that are good for the lazy girls like the cat pose. Kneel with knee hip width apart and palms on the bed, shoulder with apart.  Inhale by arching your back, open your shoulders and look up. Exhale by curling your spine and by tucking your tummy.

 

Pavan mukt asana or wind releasing pose is good because it helps in releasing trapped gas and massages the pelvic muscles and reproductive organs.

 

Saral Bhujang asana or cobra pose strengthens the spine and stretches the spine and stretches the chest, lungs, shoulders and abdomen. By contracting your leg muscles list your upper body. Take your shoulders away from the ears, rolling them down towards the spine. Exhale by slowly lowering your body down, and rest the forehead on the surface. You can do this asana for 5to 10 breaths, focusing on your breath at all times.

 

You can try out the crocodile twist pose because it stimulates the liver and kidneys and stretches the shoulders, hips and neck and it is excellent for people suffering from infertility. Lie down on your back with legs stretched out and arms by your side, close to the body. Lift your legs up at ninety degrees and bend the knee towards the chest. Hold your right knee with left hand, and twist it towards the left. Roll your neck towards the right and place your right arm on the floor. Hold it as long as you can.
