We are generally careful about every calorie we consume. A survey has pointed out that women put more effort in dieting than into their relationship and hence this makes them to think more about food than about sex.

Women do confess that they put more effort into dieting than into their relationships. But the obvious question is how true this is in the Indian scenario? Most women Indian or otherwise, do care about how they are perceived by men and other women.

Again a boyfriend or husband would like to believe that he is with someone who is not too lazy to take care of herself. If women does not take care of themselves this might lead to health problems, depression and most importantly low self esteem which in turn can affect the relationship. After all you need to love yourself to be loved by others.

Most homemakers in India don’t take care of themselves and they are more interested in feeding her families. She is hardly left with any time for herself. She is busier running the house, the kitchen and taking care of her kids. So in such a situation food is the last thing that is on her mind.

When you are on a diet you are depriving yourself from a lot of good food and hence you end up thinking about food all the time. So it is better not too get obsessed on either of them be it food or sex. Remember food is comforting and sex is liberating!
