There are some women who feel that they are being used at every stage of their life. Rita Chaudhuri, a communication head with a multinational company struggled throughout her handling both family and her work and nobody helped her out other than her mother who supported her and helped her out in whatever way she could. “But now that I am earning well and I get a lot of perks, my in-laws are very jealous of me and they want a share of my salary every month. I feel compelled to give them the money as I cannot say no.”
Women like Rita should be careful and be clear about their limits to their generosity. She should be clear about her priorities in like which is children, career and married life. Stay away from negative people who are only interested in your money.
It is not physically possible for a busy career woman to meet all demands and be everywhere for everyone. They always feel that they are not doing enough for the kids. Negative people around you who are envious about your success will find endless reasons pass dirty comments to make you feel unhappy and small. They will make you feel how bad and irresponsible a mother you are.
Women should turn a deaf ear to such people and do things that make her feel happy. She should spend quality time with her children and be with people who make her feel wanted.
This is a very common complaint about all women. Relatives, friends and even your husband’s wives will often blurt out a hurtful comment when she is at her happiest so as to ruin her happiness. Whatever her achievement they will never praise her or even acknowledge her.
Women should learn the art of receiving criticism and achieving their goals despite difficulties. When some hurts your feelings beyond endurance just stay away from them. Avoid those who puncture your happiness.
