You can now keep wrinkles at bay by making funny faces! A new set of facial exercises, called face yoga. The Satchmo, which keeps your cheek firm as you puff up both cheeks with air. The smiling fish pose that helps to firm and tone your cheeks and lips, and the Lion face that stretches your facial muscles to release tension.

Bacteria combat wrinkles, sagging and pigmentation and it restores our complexion’s youthfulness, plumpness and glow. The bacteria also penetrate into the deeper levels to repair skin DNA and to build wrinkle preventing collagen.

A study by researchers at the University of Copenhagen, suggests that 30 minutes of concentrated exercise can make a person lose 3.6kg in three months. The half an hour exercise routine is so doable that the participants had the desire and energy for even more physical activity after their daily exercise session.
