Are you obese? Are you looking out for ways to reduce your weight? Are you lazy to drive to the gym to shed out those calories? No problem. There is one better option to cut that flab from your body. Have a divided meal spread out to an intake of six times than just having three meals a day and adding to your pounds.
We are mostly used to the three meals a day regime where we either skip or eat very little breakfast, have a full meals lunch and snack on to anything that you get in the evening and have a heavy dinner say late at night or may be after 9pm. This is the unhealthiest way of eating which will only add onto gaining more weight.
So what is the healthy eating habit? We are all aware of the saying “Eat breakfast like a King; Lunch like a Prince and dinner like a Pauper”. This signifies how important breakfast is for every individual. It means, “breaking the fast”. Whole night our body is starving without having anything to digest or give that energy from food. So if one skips breakfast we eventually tend to intake more during the lunch that will land up in putting on weight.
All we need to do is, have a good breakfast, which includes green tea with either oats or any other cereal including a fruit. Have a brunch (11am), which consists of either salad or soup or fruit. Take a nutritious lunch, which includes your favorite foods with rice including meat or chicken or fish. Have a teatime snack that includes boiled pulses or cereals with a cup of tea or coffee. Have an early dinner by 7pm. It’s always better to avoid rice for the dinner. Before going to bed consider having a cup of warm milk or fruits that might be filling and not over loading so that you don’t get up in the middle of the night feeling hungry.
All this combined with mild to vigorous exercise for 30mins a day helps you to see wonders on the weight you have. It helps to shed those extra calories and regain a trim fit body. Now don’t you think it’s a better option to get habituated to this regime that turns out to be a wonderful weight loss program. Come on kick-start this habit and shed those extra pounds.
