We all know that running is the best way to get back to shape, but do we know that it is the best way to lift up your spirits? It is great to prevent any kind of diseases.  Running is the best way to lose weight or to maintain a consistent weight. It can eradicate one person from several diseases. Researchers have shown that running is the best way by which we can build up our immune system. It helps in proper functioning of the lungs. Running increases your aerobic capacity by default. It’s a break from the monotonous gym routine. Sometimes it is important to change your fitness routine for results because if the body gets used to a certain type of exercise it becomes difficult to lose weight.


We all know how stress can lead to a number of health diseases. It is great way to bond with your body and others. It can give yourself confidence a real high and at the same time eliminate depression. Running is the best stress buster. Why just running even walking at a pace where you become breathless can be equally effective. Running should be effortless, fluid and soundless. Avoid hunching while going up the slope.


Think about all your problems, issues, everything in your life that annoys you, right before you go out for a run. And once you’re all geared up, run it all out! Another option is to take a buddy along with you. Change the route you take each time to avoid boredom. Don’t forget to warm up before you start and stretch after you’re done. Running everyday makes you disciplined, makes you feel happy, controls blood sugar and makes you look and feel really good!
