There are a few types of food that helps us to eat less or rather I would say keeps us away from food. Did you know that eating eggs for breakfast is the best way you can curb your hunger pangs. A recent study has found out that those who eat an egg in the morning consume 330 fewer calories throughout the day. I have personally noticed this that those days I don’t eat my breakfast egg, I feel terribly hungry and weak too. A single egg has seven grams of protein that will keep you away from hunger pangs.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night feeling hungry. I end up opening the fridge looking for a dark chocolate. The University of Copenhagen study found that nibbling a little dark chocolate helped people eat less for their next meal. But don’t end up eating a milk chocolate. But be careful about the portion. So my advice would be don’t have more than four puffs of chocolate.
Pumpkin is again a miracle food. I love to eat pumpkin and believe it can be delicious and can be cooked in an interesting way too. Pumpkins are very high in fibre. One cup of pumpkin can give seven grams of fibre and you feel full throughout the day.
Oat meal is another food that makes you feel full throughout the day. So a bowl full of oat meal porridge and an egg is an ideal breakfast that keeps you moving throughout the day.
