No matter your age or physical condition,its never too late to make lifestyle changes.



The U.S. Government's Weight Control Information Network suggest the following steps to a "NEW BEGINNING".

 

* First and foremost ,imagine yourself to be a healthy and fit person.

 

* Ask yourself how you can get more exercise and how you can make healthier food choices.

 

* Devise a workable plan taking into consideration your work schedule. Overcome obstacles by squeezing in exercise after dinner or lunch break or create a healthier version of your favorite meal.

 

* Engage in fun physical activities like dancing ,aerobics etc

 

* Take support from loved ones and give yourself appropriate awards.

 

* NOTE! ALWAYS MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE EVEN IF YOU BACKSLIDE!
