3. If you drink whiskey, you need not worry about the level of calories that you need to shed afterwards, as one serving of whiskey contains only 65 calories. It helps in digestion, and curb hunger.


4. Whiskey relaxes the nerves and helps to distress the body. It helps to slow down the brain activity.


5. Whiskey helps to relax the body and mind, and often works as a sleeping aid. It makes you have a good night sleep.
