Fruit Chat

Ingredients

* 1 apple de-cored, sliced &diced and soaked in lime juice to avoid oxidisation
* A handful or 100gms cupful  of pomegranate pearls
* A handful or 100gms cupful of pine apple sliced and diced
* A handful or 100gms cupful of papaya cubes
* A handful or 100gms cupful of oranges cubed
* A handful or 100gms cupful of banana cubes
* A handful of seedless green grapes
* A handful of straw berries
* 1 table spoon chat masala
* 1 table spoon mango powder / amchur powder
* 1 tea-spoon: black salt
* A pinch of cumin powder & Kashmir red chilli powder (optional)

Method

Mix all the fruits in a clean and large fruit bowl without crushing them. The apple can be added with the lime juice. Add the chat masala, mango powder, black salt and cumin powder and kashmiri chilli powder. You can shake the bowl and toss the fruits until the masala spreads out evenly. Toss with a wooden spoon gently now and then. NOW, taste a spoonful to check whether the salt and masala have blended well and add additional salt or mango powder or chilli powder according to your taste. Decorate with straw berries.
