What you eat today is how you are going to lead the rest of your life.   So include a few good food in your diet.  Oats is one thing. Fiber-rich oats helps your body to stabilize blood sugar levels, and reduce cholesterol. They are great way to keep your digestive system in order.


Green tea is another thing that is excellent for the skin and a powerful antioxidant; it prevents the growth of cancer cells, and destroys them at the inception stage without harming healthy tissues. It is an excellent fat fighter. It reduces the accumulation of fat around the abdomen area.


Wheat grass has the quality to regulate the functioning of the thyroid gland and stimulates metabolism. Experts recommend the consumption of low fat yogurt rather than the flavoured ones. It is better to eat home-set curd. Curd when made at home is easy to digest and is full of calcium, potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.


Seeds are good for health. Flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds can do absolute wonders to your skin and health.  Chia seeds are full of omega 3 fatty acids, potassium, iron and calcium. Flax seeds are also high in omega3 fatty acids. Hormone related cancers like the breast cancers can be prevented if we eat flax seeds.


Buckwheat also helps to lower down the glucose level, cholesterol and blood pressure. Buckwheat is high in fiber and rich is zinc and iron. So if you want an enviable figure and a fabulous health pump yourself up with all the good food.
