Fighting Loneliness

In spite of all the noise and people around women do suffer from loneliness at some point of time. And did you know that loneliness is the main cause of depression amongst women. Human beings are social creatures. We all want to feel loved, welcomed and wanted by the people around us. We enjoy company. In spite of working as a team for any project and doing all the activities that promote team spirit to achieve most of our goals, there are times when loneliness hits us without warning.


It is important that we should work hard to build a strong family life. We Indians should consider ourselves to be blessed to have an extended family. In today’s world of technology it has become so much easier to keep in touch with people through social network, emails, phone-calls or impromptu gathering. At the same time build strong friendships. Social networking sites, cell-phones and email have helped numerous young people across the world to rediscover their school and college friends and even make new friend.


According to me the best way to fight fatigue is to get busy in work. To do all the jobs on time gives a sense of satisfaction. And if you are coordinating well with your colleagues and staff you will reap unimaginable contentment. Bonding with your colleagues will give you a kind of friendship that you will cherish throughout your life.


Develop a love for nature. Travel with people whose company you enjoy. Nothing can give you more pleasure than sitting by the sea or a lake. With travelling you will develop a bag full of memories which you can cherish throughout your life. One should travel to different lands because I feel that is the best to gain knowledge and to kill loneliness. A personal experience is a slice of life that you can store for ever in your memory bank.
