Colour Therapy

Colour is made up of energy.  Each colour vibrates at a different frequency. We use this difference in vibration frequency to heal at the emotional level. You may sit and lie down.


Relax your body and wear comfortable clothing. Visualize the different colours. Place your palms on or just above the affected area of your body. Visualise the colour coming through your palms into your body, entering your cells and allowing the cells to heal.


To increase the vibration of the colour, light a candle of an appropriate colour during the healing. This healing can be used on yourself as well as others. I have tried this healing on plants and animals as well.


Red is the colour of energy and power. It helps to reduce pain. It’s not suitable for people who are anxiety prone or who have high blood pressure.


Yellow is the colour for mental stimulation, clarity and confidence. It helps in skin and digestive problems.


Pink is the colour of relaxation and harmony. Use it to free yourself from emotional pain. It brings a sense of balance from within.


Orange is colour of ambition, success, achievement and sexual potency. It helps to give relief in digestive ailments. It is not suitable for nervous people.


Blue is the colour of peace and calm. It can be used to heal fevers and bleeding.


Purple is the colour o meditative and psychic energies. Use this colour for head aches, body aches and deep tissue massages.
