Carrot Juice with Ginger and Lemon Splash

 

Keep the nagging summer colds away with carrot juice mixed with ginger and lemon juice.

Ingredients

    * 4 large organic carrots

    * 1 small piece of ginger

    * Juice from ½ lemon

*    Sugar or jaggery  according to taste(1 or 2tsps)

Method

  1. Wash carrots using water and remove the green tops and chop the carrots to fit your juicer.
  2. Peel the ginger, chop and add the pieces to the mixer
  3. Juice the lemon

Now grind the carrot and ginger and strain it and mix with lemon juice and sugar or jiggery as per your taste.

Add ice cubes and serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
