Carrot Juice with Ginger and Lemon Splash
Keep the nagging summer colds away with carrot juice mixed with ginger and lemon juice.
Ingredients
* 4 large organic carrots
* 1 small piece of ginger
* Juice from ½ lemon
* Sugar or jaggery according to taste(1 or 2tsps)
Method
Now grind the carrot and ginger and strain it and mix with lemon juice and sugar or jiggery as per your taste.
Add ice cubes and serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
