Workout for the Neck and Chin

Neck is the place where your age starts showing. Sit straight and lean your head towards your back. Look at the ceiling while keeping your lips closed. Do a chewing movement and you can see for yourself how the muscles in the neck gets worked and nicely toned.

 

Sit straight and lean your head towards your back. Look at the ceiling while keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Begin puckering your lips and try and kiss the ceiling. Surely you won’t be able to do that, but surely you can try as if you are reaching for it. Hold it for ten counts.

 

Tilt your head back slowly, far enough so that you can look up. Hold the posture for a moment. Return slowly to the front position.

 

Tilt head from side to side. Keep your head straight as you slowly tilt it over to the side. Don’t push yourself so hard that you touch your ear with your shoulder. Return your head to the centre position. Move your head to the opposite shoulder.
