Preparing Cumin/Jeera water

 

Ingredients:

 

Clean Drinking water - 1 litre

 

Cumin seeds - 1 and 1/2 tablespoons

 

Method:

 

1) In a clean vessel heat 1 litre of drinking water.

 

2) Add the cumin seeds when the water starts boiling

 

3) Allow the water to boil for 10-15 minutes in a rolling boil
