Even as you keep your house clean by sweeping the floor and dusting the furniture regularly, there is another task that needs to be handled carefully and that is driving away home pests. There are some steps by which you can drive away the nasty pests.
LIVEN UP YOUR LIVING ROOM
Keep the doors and windows closed from dusk to dawn. Install screens on windows that fit snugly into the frame. If there are holes then mend them or replace them. If you have indoor plants, then after watering the plants, remove the water from the plates.
KEEP YOUR KITCHEN CLEAN
Keep your electric water dispensers clean and dry all the time. Don’t forget to check the receptacle under the faucet, there may be stagnant water in it. Keep the water storage containers closed. Drain the water regularly from the drip tray of your refrigerator and keep it dry. Hang the wet rags for drying after every use. Clean all your kitchen containers where you store your spices once a month and also don’t forget to clean your kitchen cabinets every month.
KEEP THE BATHROOM CLEAN
Put down the toilet bowl lid, whenever you move out, more so when leaving for a long vacation. Keep the bathroom dry after every use. If you have to store water then keep it closed and don’t forget to change the water regularly or wash the buckets regularly.
KEEP THE GARDEN CLAEN
Keep the plants and shrubs clean. Regularly sweep the garden. No moss should collect in any area of the garden.
