Mint is delicious in dips. Put a little mint paste in hung curd and it tastes absolutely heavenly. Mint tea is considered to be great to destroy the bacteria causing cold, bronchitis and pneumonia. Remember the best way to cook meat is by grilling meat be it red or white be it chicken or mutton with mint leaves.

 

Make a thick paste of one cup mint leaves two table spoon of garlic paste, one tea spoon of ginger paste, salt pepper and half a cup of lime juice and marinate one kg meet for two hours in room temperature. You meat after grilling with will be absolutely tender and it is going to melt in your mouth. And the flavor of mint is absolutely heavenly. You don’t even need to add oil and other spices.

 

Mint is great in coaktails and mocktails too. Mint has got that heavenly flavor along with the nutritional punch which no other herb can match up to it. Chewing mint leaves after a meal is good for the digestive system along with it mint keeps your tummy cool. Those of you who suffer from belly bloat mint helps to regulate the gut bacteria in the body and it is great for stomach discomfort as well. So it time to freshen your drinks and food with a dash of mint!
