If you want to avoid covid -19 ,then you have to keep immunity good and avoid normal cold ,which makes it possible for us to have immunity.Sometimes, turmeric mixed with milk or water is taken to treat disorders like allergy,asthma, runny nose and bronchial hyperreactivity.it also works as antioxidants,antibacterial,antiviral and anti inflammatory properties.because of turmeric anti inflammatory  property it helps in colds and sore throats.

One of the important symptoms of corona is fever and giloy juice helps to maintain body temperature.its inflammatory properties helps in reducing respiratory problems like cough,cold,and breathing problems.so you should take this giloy juice or giloy vati twice in a day to gain good immunity.

Tulsi  has antibacterial properties that keep you safe from seasonal fever and flu.tulsi keeps us safe from seasonal flu. It is important to avoid seasonal flu in covid-19. Tulsi has also anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal properties that help protect you from cough and cold.
