Most of us start life thinking we are capable of everything great in life only to end up soon thinking life is a great uphill task. Believe me it is in each one of us to find ways how we can build up emotional strength and face life wholeheartedly. It is hard to digest but our environment dies a lot to make us feel so, but it is in our hands to decide that we should gain strength and become bold in facing life.


I just wish to share some of these tips that can help anyone of us to gain emotional strength to face life.


The first great hurdle in gaining emotional strength for most people is that they are easily influenced by what people say. When we have a problem, which are trying to solve with all the ideas that strike us there may be people telling you as many ideas as them put together. Some of them who are themselves failures in life may tell you it is impossible, while others who think they are most intelligent may tell us we are downright fools. The trick here in gaining and building that emotional strength lies in listening to all, taking the good and being responsible for taking your own decision.

 

It is best to gain strength and face life by placing full faith on the God Almighty. It is best to remember that if God has given us a problem or circumstance it is for the good and he will definately help us solve it. I have experienced it and got fantastic results. It is best to tell oneself as a motivator once said, "Why fear if God is there with me."You are sure to build up emotional strength in this way.


Next dear friends gain emotional strength by thinking of all your positive qualities. Believe me each one of us have some or the other positive quality, thinking of which makes us feel great. In addition believe that confidence can help us face life boldly by building up emotional strength. Being confident of ones positive points is always good. This helps build up ones selfesteem. A real tip here would be to gain that confidence and selfesteem, spend time around positive people, who are confident. This attitude will allow you to positively eliminate critical and negative thought and action.


Besides our failures should be considered to be stepping stones to success. When one falls one should consider it to be a way to rise and start again. One could however look at alternate methods and by implementing them build up emotional strength. 


So dear friends live your life of challenges by being positive, confident removing those thorns from the fragnant roses of life and end life with on a pleasant note in the midst of just roses. Yes, you can become bold and build up emotional strength.
