Taking control of your body weight ? First of all ask yourself - are you really concerned about it or it is your liesure time rumination to see how you look. Second ask yourself- do you feel even a slightest bit unhealthy about it. And finally - why at all you are worried about the body weight. If your answer to these is yes. Here you are ready for a health trip. Just add exercise to your daily routine and forget about everything else. Six month down the line you will be a healthy person.

A good and healthy body weight for you is one in which you feel

(a) Most comfortable.

(b) Confident of yourself

(c) Pleased with your mirror

(d) Can do all your physivale activity without a hint at trouble due to body weight

(e) you can not and should not reduced it much

(f) and finally you are able to reduce it by 2 kg in a month and gain 2 kg in a month by just changing your diet and physical activity without overstraining to do it.

(g) The (f) above is a test for normal healthy body weight that is always under your control.
