At whatever time of the year your feet needs to feel good and fresh because that is what keeps you moving throughout the day. As you go about your daily beauty regime, it’s necessary to tend your feet too. And if there is no time to visit the salon, do a feet pedicure at home.

Step 1: Trim and shape your toe nails. Remove the old enamel with cotton balls rather than tissues as tissues tend to fall apart.

Step 2: Once the feet are prepared to be pampered, give them a nice foot bath. Fill a tub with warm water and add Epsom salt or other sea salts to it. You can also add a few drops of any essential oil you prefer. Let your feet soak in this solution for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step3: Dry your feet with a towel and apply a cuticle cream or olive oil to soften the cuticles.

Step4: Exfoliate your feet and heel with pumice stone or pad as the oils clean up the cuticles. Brush the dry skin off your feet with a foot scrub. Massage this scrub onto your feet and calves. Wipe off the cuticle cream and push back the cuticles gently with a cuticle stick.
