Reduce your stress. Severely stressed people are more likely to catch a cold as stress depresses your body's immune function. Try relaxation techniques like meditation, yoga etc to reduce your stress. People who are severely stressed are more likely to develop other infections.

Eat foods which are rich sources of Vitamin C like orange,sweetlime,amla,guava,lemon, consuming such foods increases your immunity levels.
