1. If you have a good mood, you can do all the things much better. Laughter helps to change the mood in a matter of minutes, and it releases endorphins. You will remain in a good mood throughout the day.

 

2.  Laughing is like doing aerobic exercise, which helps to bring out more oxygen to the body and brain. This also makes the person feel more healthy and full of energy.

 

3. Laughter Yoga strengthens the immune system. It prevents a variety of diseases like hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, depression, arthritis, allergies, asthma, bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, migraine headaches, menstrual disorders, cancer and many others.

 

4. Laughter provides you a stream of positive energy which helps to connect with people. It is believed that you could attract more people if you laugh more.

 

5. Laughter also helps in positive state of mind, and helps you to find positive solutions to your problems.
