The word Bhavna is meditation. Bhavna we understand meditation , love, kindness. It is a Buddist meditation practice that involves cultivating feelings of kindness, love , compassion towards oneself and others.
Meditation is also called dhayana. Bhavna helps us in our development or cultivation. Emotion is strong feeling such as joy or love. The name Bhavna is of Indian origin and is derived from Sanskrit. Bhavna since we have feeling , Intuition ,Inner desire.
EMOTIONS AND SENTIMENTS During Emotional distress we will respond with anger. Emotions are symptoms of our inner desires and our wishes. These demands increase our emotions. Emotions in form of impulse ,mood, surge . Emotions are not voluntary but develop from subconscius mind. This is something which we do not understand until we study those situations.
EMOTIONS ARE OF TWO TYPES . POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE. Positive emotions are pleasure , comfort zone , happiness, secure, sympathy for others. Negative emotions are threat, insecure, fear, anxiety, dread, hatred, dislike, anger, disappointment, self pity, self mercy. In our body chemical and harmones are released according to our mental orientation and expression. A bit of excitement is sufficient to create an emotion. Negative emotions create the pressure due to which health deteriorates. Our body is directly affected by how is mood. The condition of the person is effected dueto our mental balance and environment.
HOW EMOTIONS AFFECT OUR BODY. Sometimes we are zealous , we have enemity. Some systems of our body are more prone to get affected due to negative feelings. When we are criticised, fought we get various problems . We have exam pressure or interview pressure , then we have to work more to counter and handle situations Our blood gets more adrenalin. This affects our digestive system, circulatory system and brain. Muscles of our neck and shoulders get stiff due to anxiety , distress, resulting deficiency of oxygen. Spleen has to work hard to send more RBC to blood. Our kidneys get damaged due to pressure and anxiety. Lungs will be affected due to stress and sadness.
SO WHAT HAVE WE LEARNT Succesful people learn relaxation technique. Succesful people learn and understand their body symptoms and signals. How much stress I have and where from it has come , better Learn Relaxation Can i remain calm and composed and peaceful during stress situation.
