Serves 2 persons
Thin sliced Cabbage shreds: 2 cups
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger and garlic
1 chilly finely cut
1 table spoon finely cut cilantro
1/4 kg chicken breast cooked and shred to pieces
Mix all the ingredients and serve
