To de-clutter yourself, you must follow the advice of yoga’s sister science,
Ayurveda:
*Use natural cleanser like basil or tulsi to purify your body-mind complex.
*Too much of cold food- ice creams or cold drinks- are said to accumulate toxic
waste in the body. They will disrupt digestion adding to mental lethargy.
*Greens are a great way to loosen up accumulated waste in the colon and helps
you to feel light mentally and physically. They remove chronic constipation.
*Natural purifying spices like turmeric, coriander and fennel also helps to
purify mind and body. Turmeric is also called yogic spice.
