Have you realized that why it has become important to do age based work out? So that there is no injuries because we work out to be fit and that should be the only aim. With the summer heat rising aqua aerobics have become the latest craze. It is extremely good for elderly people as well.

 

Group work out should be avoided after a certain age .That is because in a group you have people of all age group and everybody’d body and health is different. After a certain age there is a strong tendency to suffer from joint problems, heart and high blood pressure.

 

More than everything exercises should be done under the guidance of fitness experts. To strengthen your bones it is advisable that you do weight training under a good fitness expert. Body weight exercises are also excellent because then you do not need to hit the gym and you can do your exercises according to your own time even if you are on a holiday.

 

After your work out do not forget to do the stretches. At the same time when you are doing stretches you should be very careful not to damage your body. Though yoga is the best form of exercise for people of all age groups you need to be very careful with your back. Practice yoga under a proper yoga instructor who will be able to teach you the right postures. Eat light and healthy food. Remember To remain fit it depends on what you pop into your mouth. So watch what you eat and stay healthy and fit!
