When you are working in the office, doing some desk job or working from home, you tend to get too attached to the chair and there is no other option, but to sit and work. There are chances that when you are working continuously you feel a kind of fatigue especially during the late afternoon. Do some breathing exercises or just chat with a friend who makes you feel good. Or may be listen to some soothing music. This will help in bringing down your blood pressure.
