Status of PLAB passed indians in united kingdom

Hi Experts,

                  I m a final year medical student in Ukraine. This is not about any medical problem. This is about my career. I wish to take the PLAB test to practise medicine in UK. Can you tell me what situation is exactly there in united kingdom for indians after passing the PLAB test? Are they getting jobs on passing the PLAB test after the new immigration rule change about first preference to EU candidates? Is it worth of such hard work to take a PLAB test and go to UK? Plzz reply me. your response will be helpful for me to make up my mind. Thanxx.
