Working with Mycobacterium Tuberculosis without Biosaftey

Recently we are reading a lot of articles on New delhi metalobetalactamse there were several protests from several corners from India, but what we have done, we made noise and forgot.

I request the Ministry of Health there are several Institutes many Medical colleges, forcing the Techinicans, and helpless postgraudates to work with Mycobacterium specimens without providing the Biosaftey hood.Even people qualified with MD and senior professors in Microbiology do not think of any Microbial saftey, I request the Ministry of Health and Medical council of India, to prescribe and implement at least few saftey measures to keep identity to our qualifications ,If any body questions he will become a victim. I request the authorties to verify status of Biosaftey precautions taken in so called centers of excellence.will the Ministry of health listen to our voice?
