Women Can Be Happy And Healthy

Women have always been known as emotional beings. They shout, scream, talk, cry, murmur, grumble, etc. But they are also smart enough to keep themselves happy and cheerful. A cheerful woman is like a plant budding with flowers. Happiness brings down stress levels to a large extent. Today's women are good in doing multitasks. They take care of their home, children, go to work, do the shopping and so on. Now, how do women keep themselves happy which could help them have a healthy life.

One sure way to happiness is to keep one engaged is to do any small job that is of interest. It could be stitching, singing, gardening or a causal walk. Making friends is an art. I think we must develop the art to keep our lives more enjoyable. Women are good at sharing their emotions. So, good social activity is important. Happiness could be derived by helping others in many ways. It could be a small help to the neighbor or any social act. Meditation also helps to gain happiness.
