In spite of the weight loss industry growing by leaps and bounds obesity is still on the rise. People are trying out everything possible starting from the GM diet to the Cabbage Soup Diet, but nothing is actually working.  As far as my knowledge goes there is definitely some hidden cause for obesity in the country.

 

Refined food are nutritionally low which fill our tummies with out nourishing us. This can lead to more hunger so switch over to whole grain food like sprouts and whole grain cereals. By doing this you will feel less full and more satisfied.

 

It is not always the lack of will power which is stopping you from eating the right food. Sometimes it is food allergies that make you crave for processed foods that are high in sugar, flour, yeast or fat. These foods gives you an initial high when you are feeling low and you get unknowingly addicted to this feeling. These foods lead to storage of fat.

 

Eating processed food clogs the liver slowing down the metabolic rate. The best way to cleanse the system from toxics is to go on a vegetable juice diet. By cleansing your liver your health will improve dramatically and you will get rid of excess weight naturally.
