What are the symptoms of Chronic Nephritis? Recently some Chronic Nephritis patients often ask this question, but get no good reply. Today we will invite some kidney experts to answer this question hoping that this will be helpful for Nephritis patients.

The manifestation for end Chronic Nephritis may lie in the different ways of onset, some patients may not have obvious symptoms at the beginning, only proteinuria and high blood pressure can be seen by Physical examination. Most of the patients have clinical symptoms like fatigue, headache, edema, high blood pressure, anemia, etc. While onset is sudden and there is obvious edema, a large quantity of protein appears in the urine in a few cases; besides, some may have no symptoms until they go to see a doctor when uremia/uremia-symptoms/' target='_blank'>uremia symptoms like vomiting, hemorrhage, etc. occur.

Some patients have no special symptoms at the beginning, who are found high proteinuria and high blood pressure only when taking physical examination; Most patients have various clinical symptoms such as tiredness, headache, edema, high blood pressure, and anemia. Also a few patients such symptoms as a quick onset , obvious edema and large quantity protein in the urine. The symptoms of end Chronic Nephritis in central nervous system: headache, dizziness, anorexia, fatigue, insomnia and so on, which have relation with high blood pressure, anemia, disorder of some metabolism and endocrine function.

Chronic Nephritis patients may have anemia at the end stage, which has relation with the decreasing of erythropoietin secreted by kidney, and the duly caused differentiation, maturation and the decreasing of red blood cells.

Change of urine at the end stage of Chronic Nephritis: It is the inevitable symptom of Chronic Nephritis. Most patients have less urine, below 1000ml every day; and few people are usually associated with edema besides oliguria. The patients whose renal tubule function is obviously damaged, have increased urine accompanied by frequent frequent urination at night and invisible edema.

There appears high blood pressure at end stage of Chronic Nephritis: The patients have high blood pressure of various degrees, which are mainly mild and moderate degrees and will exist persistently.
