(a) Experience. Remembring ones past experience about health is important. May be it will be worthwhile to note it down. (b) Perception. Perception comes not only from experience, it has two added elements of knowledge and subconscious play of mind. Intuitions, when they occure should be weighed against perceived notions about the event. (c) Rejection. Be deliberate to reject three things (i) Diet Control (ii) Trying new things (iii) advice that does not sound good. (d) Listen to body. Did you ever get that pangs to eat onion, or tamarind, or a particular fruit or food. Listen to the demand of the body. It needs that particular thing to set the balance right. Listen to aches and pains of body and try to see what is to avoided and what is to be done for helping the aches and pains.
