Nothing is actually impossible and who knows it better than me. I used to feel that I am never going to get that perfect J Lo buttocks. But let me tell you to get the perfect round butt you need to do specific exercises.

 

 

Though it is difficult to reduce around the butt, but continuous work out will definitely give results. You should be consistent and regular with your exercises and when you feel that your stamina has increased then do more reps and sets to get better results. When you want to shed weight around the butt don’t forget to mention to your physical instructor about your age no matter how young you look because some exercises are age specific. Completely cut down on fatty food.Low-calorie foods and lean meat along with fibre and protein are ideal for weight loss for waist and butt.

 

 

There are numerous exercises to tone the butt like circuit- training, weight and interval training. But those suffering from physical ailments like pain in the joints or those who are obese should consult their physical trainers or doctors before starting any fitness schedules. Squats and lunges are the best exercises for the butt, but it requires assistance if you have never exercised before. Be careful with your posture when ever you do any exercise. Power yoga which includes a lot of stretches and a combination of intense cardio exercises or Tai Chi are some of the most commonly preferred exercises that are ideal for toning up the butt.
