Take My Age Away!

We all want to remain young and we all hate to age.  This is one of the main reasons that the cosmetic industry is booming.  But my advice would be instead of spending on cosmetics and going under the knife with the help of plastic surgeons keep your grey cells alive. Don’t age in your thinking. We are as old as we think and feel.

 

Getting into spirituality and doing a little bit of spiritual reading helps a lot. The main reasons for aging are anxiety, stress and anger. It is for this reason that our hair becomes grey, our skin sags and our knees ache. Spiritual thinking makes us feel light from within. We automatically stop thinking negative and begin to feel more peaceful, more centered and more whole. So it is time to meditate.

 

Eat healthy and eat right. If we can control our temptations of eating wrong and eat right and healthy we can get rid of ill health and discomfort. Eating light will help us digest the food better and eliminate the body from any kind of discomfort. This will help us stay slim and keep us healthy and fit at the same time.

 

Detoxify your body by doing Yoga. Yoga enables the cleansing of the nasal tract, colon, abdomen, teeth and skin. We live in a heavily polluted time and hence it is very important to detoxify our body. If we do not follow a detoxifying routine then we will end up having terribly aged skin. Learn the techniques of pranayam under a qualified teacher and practice regularly.

 

Most importantly never hide your age. In fact you should accept your age. Each one of us grows older every moment of our life, but it should be done with beauty and grace. Remember we gain a lot with our years and those silver hair on our head speaks a lot about our personality. Love and accept yourself. With age we gain wisdom, patience and so much love and happiness from every corner of our life. So why fear age? Be at peace with yourself.
