BMI could increase by 0.18 points when children consume each sugared soft drink. Children tend to eat less when they consume soft drinks. This reduces vitamins and nutrition intake. Sugar drinks would erode kid's teeth also. It would take four and half hours of biking to burn the calories gained due to a soda intake in one week.
