Sex and Yoga

A great sex life can keep both your mind and body fit. Yoga not only relieves stress, but it is good for your flexibility too. Yoga strengthens your abdomen and gives you the energy to perform well on bed. There some yoga asanas which are great for sex.

 

Poorna Halasana- Lie down on your back with your legs together. Palms should be on the floor. Slowly raise both your legs upwards, then raise your hips and bring your toes over your head and slowly touch the floor. Then gradually come down to the floor. This asana strengthens the pelvic area and is good for curing menstruation pains. It is also a remedy for sexual disorders.

 

Dhanurasana- This asana is in prone position, bend your knees. Hold your ankles with your hands and raise your legs up from the pelvic and raise your upper body too. Look straight and then return to prone position. This asana is good for strengthening your back, your pelvic muscles and is excellent for increasing your fertility.

 

Sarvangasana- First you need to lie down in supine position and look upwards. Then Raise your legs as much as you can to ninety degrees. Remember your shoulders should be touching the floor only. Be very careful while doing this asana. Use your palms to give a support to your back. Bring your legs down slowly without raising your head. It is good for those who suffer from premature ejaculation.

 

Bhujangasana- Lie down in prone position with your legs together and fold your hands and place it in front aligned with each shoulder. Inhale and raise your chin, turn your head backwards and raise your upper body up to the navel. Hold for a while and then come down to the original position. This asana firms the chest and at the same time tackles spinal problems.
