Reflexology is a simple techinique of massage with the Thumb finger underneath our feet and sides of the legs. Past 2 months i have been suffering from ILD because of which i was put under steroids. The side effect of it was i had a severe back ache which wouldnt allow me to even sit for a while. In the tip of the spine gas use to accumulate and i suffered a soothing pain. In this mean i tried the techinque of reflexology as i had a basic book of the points where the massage had to be done. It gave me a wonderful result, Just a massage with the thumb in the particular point released all my gas problem and i was relieved of the pain.
If anybody can help me in finding a good reflexology book i would be thankful as it can work wonders.
