It is important that you notify a doctor as soon as you detect signs of liver failure because if left untreated it could cause sepsis in the bloodstream,seizures and even coma.some instructions follow;
1)Look for yellowish skin discoloration called jaundice in which the skin and eyes take on a yellowish color .This can become even more pronounced with the yellow shade becoming darker ,leaning towards a more orange tint.
2)check for bruising or bleeding.patients bruise excessively due to the low platelet counts and the blood doesnt clot as they should normally do.
3)Because a failing liver is unable to effectively filter waste and toxins from the food,the blood reaching the brain does not carry sufficient oxygen and nutrients and patient experiences confusion,restlessness and fatigue thereby , unable to think properly.
4)A distended abdomen.Check for swelling under the right lower ribs where the liver is located.The patient will also find it difficult to breathe because too much pressure is placed on the diaphragm.
5)Monitor sleeping and eating patterns.patient may be nauseous which will keep him from eating properly.fatigue may cause them to sleep more than usual.
6)Note stool and urine color.abnormally dark urine.either too dark or too light stool.also look for blood in the stool.
7)Nails.they take a white color much like when you try to block blood supply to them.
8)Frequent urination,excessive thirst,spasms,nose bleeds,vomiting blood can also be symptoms of liver failure.
It is important that you notify a specialist as soon as you detect these signs and symptoms.

This is effective and successful post. I like this post so much.
Thanks for giving the symptoms of the liver disease. Last year one of my cousin who lives in the village dies for liver disease. His parents can not recognize this first and when they take him to doctor, it was last time. Then after 2 month in lying medical bed, he dies.It is really a pathetic event.
Some of these symptoms are non-specific and some very late in appearance but generally yes what u write can be used as a starting point. 55 of the current 550 million people in the world who carry the hepatitis virus will develop liver failure sooner or later - very alarming..
