The 20s and 30s is the reproductive age group and may face gynecological problems such as menstrual issues. These may be heavy or irregular menses, painful periods, severe pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), etc. Miscarriages or pregnancy related problems are also common.

Start taking folic acid before pregnancy. You should go for regular antenatal check-ups. Exercise and a healthy diet are also very important. Keep extra weight at bay. If you are under weight or over weight there will be problem in conceiving.
