High Carbohydrate foods to Limit or Avoid

  • Processed Breakfast Cereals
  • White Pasta, Bread or Rice   
  • Sweets and Candies
  • Sweetened Fruit Juices
  • Muffins
  • Donuts
  • Instant Oatmeal
  • Bagels

Choose unprocessed or minimally processed foods , vegetables or fruits when you are in doubt.
