It has been observed that people who were sedentary most of the day, but made time to go to the gym regularly burned lesser calories as compared to people who lead a generally active life, but don’t get the time to go for any structured work outs. So my advice would be lead an active life. Use the stairs as much as you can. Walk to the vegetable market instead of taking out your car and you will surely notice a change in your health.
