Maintaining a good sound 

health is inevitable in todays world.Now a days life has become hectic & mechanical.right from the morning till the end of the day we have to fulfill so many committments i.e., professional as well as family committments, which makes us Physically & mentaly exhausted. To remain physically fit & healthy is utmost important which requires physical exercise, taking balance diet,consuming good amount of water & sound sleep.

Here some of health tips below:

  • Go for a walk before breakfast or after dinner
  • Consume lot of water
  • Take the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator
  • Find an online fitness program and stick with it.
  • Never remain empty stomach
  • Avoid eating late at night.
  • Try to go to sleep early & have a sound sleep for atleast 6 to 8 hrs.
  • You should refrain from smoking & driking.
  • It is important to have a good hygiene. Take bath regularly and put on clean clothes.
  • Increase the fiber in your diet.

 

 

Exercise improves oxygen consumption in the body. .Aerobic exercise include: biking, swimming, jogging,weight-lifting,sprints, interval training and isometrics
