Healthcare - Yoga to lose weight
Always be SLIM BEAUTY & be a large hearted person too...haa..haa..
Most of us gain weight due to wrong food habits.
- Have heavy breakfast - never skip it
- Have reasonably good lunch
- AND Have very very light dinner
- Try to add fruit & boiled vegetable / soup in our diet
Then to do some breathing excercises and little yoga too (to burn the unncessary FAT generated by us in many places of our body) ...hello...hello...please spare atleast 30 minutes a day for our own life...the beautiful life...the short life...the GOD gifted life...haa..haa..and life HAPPILY.
