Drinking at least one cup of coffee everyday keeps your blood vessels healthy, and wards off the risk of stroke. This was a statement published in the Journal of thed American Heart Association.
3. Reduces risk of diabetes
If you drink around four cups of coffee everyday, it would protect you from Type 2 Diabetes, especially in women. It cuts the risk by 56% in women, according to a jounal published in the journal Diabetes.
4. Improves brain function
Drinking coffee helps to improve the brain function. This is according to a study published in the Journal of Alzhemer’s Disease. In this study, the researchers gave a dose of caffeinated coffee to the mice, those who were genetically engineered to develop Alzheimer’s disease. The result was that the disease either didn’t occur in them, or the progression was slow.
5. Reduces prostate cancer risk
If you take coffee regularly, the risk of prostate cancer drops, according to a study published in the May edition of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. But who drank a lot of coffee, or the amount of caffeine was found higher in the males, also had risks of prostate cancer.
