Whether or no Yoga (if it is ever to be called yoga - in what ever we do while little control of our breathing and conscious control of our thoughts)exercise for 45 minutes at least three times a week is best for good health. Fusion exercise in its evolving form has many takers and it is good. Exercising single or in groups has its own advantages and disadvantages.Group does help. One of the good combo of group exercise is initial 5 min warm-up, 25 min run, 5 min breathing exercises and physical, 5 min games,and 5 min yoga relaxation.
