Everyone loves ice cream. Be it from the road side vendor or the big ice cream parlor’s; one cannot resist to grab a cup of ice cream and relish it down their throat from time since.
Kids these days are so vulnerable at the thought of ice cream. It is a hang out fun for teens and friends or a regular dessert after a meal in certain families or just an ice cream for those who don’t like it much.
Apart from, just being fun, ice cream has the wonder nutrient that helps an individual in various ways and benefits his/her health. Its good to consume it occasionally or even on regular intervals to get the best benefit out of it.
