It is extremely important to keep both body and mind ‘Exam Ready’ during exam time. “One should keep one self fit and fine before the exam this help the concentration level to go up,” says psychologist Dr. Anjali Chabria.

Some common symptoms of exam stress are change in behaviour, anxiety, the inability to concentrate, memory lapses, worry, inability to sleep, frequent colds and infections.

Some stress busters that can help before the exam are-

KEEP YOUR MIND CLEAR: Make time for at least fifteen minutes of pranayam. Relax the mind by taking at least three deep abdominal breaths. This will help you in keeping your mind clear from all worries.

GOOD REGULAR SLEEP: Catch up with at least 8 hours of sleep. This will refresh your mind and soul.
